With the continuous progress of technology, everyone needs to face a large amount of information every day, so media literacy is a very important skill for people today, which mainly reflects the ability to use various forms of communication to access, analyze, create and act. People need to be able to efficiently find and use the content they need from a variety of sources. And be able to evaluate information and its purpose and impact. And then through the content found, create and eventually participate in society.
There are several reasons why media literacy is so important in today’s environment. The first is because it can cultivate critical thinking skills and make people have the ability to analyze information, which helps people to distinguish fact from fiction, identify bias and propaganda. Media literacy can sometimes be overlooked or not prioritized for several reasons. Firstly, there are a lot of people lack of relevant awareness, this phenomenon needs to strengthen the awareness of citizens. Second, rapid changes in the evolution of digital and media make it difficult for educators and policymakers to keep up. In addition, the limitation of related resources is also a major problem.

This is because it helps me broaden my horizons and exposure to different points of view helps me broaden my understanding of complex issues and topics, encourages critical thinking, and helps me develop a more nuanced perspective.
